Tom is the Director of the event. He's the head cheese, the man in
charge, and is a generally super guy. He does all the hotel arrangements and is
the mastermind of the event. He has organized and pulled together seven
different Tribes LAN events, including five different UVALANs.
Mark 'old_skul' Szabo, Administrator, East Coast Operations

Mark is the Operation Manager and Site Administrator. He'll be
heading up the operations on the East Coast side at the Westfields Marriott
ballroom. He also helps out with general event planning, marketing, advertising
and sponsor recruitment. He also wrote most of the stuff on this website. He's
a veteran of all the UVALANs.
Matt 'Colosus' DeWald, West Coast Operations :

Matt is our West Coast Operations Manager. He also runs our sponsor
site, Tribal War - the best, biggest,
craziest site dedicated to the game we all know and love, Tribes. He'll be
heading up our West Coast operations and is the man in charge of the LAX
Marriott ballroom. Matt also helps out with event planning, marketing and
advertising, and is one of our main liasons with our wonderful, benevolent
sponsor, Sierra/Vivendi.
Bryan 'Yankee' Baumer, Tournament Coordinator, East Coast:

Bryan has been our Coordinator for the past three UVALANs, and is a
long-standing veteran of the Tribes competition scene since the early days
(Templars, anyone?). No one can put together a fair, well-run, and
well-scheduled tournement like our Yankee, and we wouldn't have him any other
way.
Matt 'Mowat' Williams, Network Administrator, East Coast:

Matt is a veteran of UVALANs since Day One, and has always been the
man in charge of the room's power, network, and setup. Despite ever-increasing
power requirements and ridiculous amounts of bandwidth being consumed between
computers on our custom-designed LAN, Matt keeps it all running smoothly.
Ben 'BadMoFo' L., Operations, West Coast:

Ben is a longtime scenester of the Tribalwar forums, and has
emerged as a fantastic go-getter on the event management front as well. He'll
be heading up the organization of tournaments on the West Coast. Please keep
your hands and feet away from his mouth, however.
Bill 'Roadkill' Lewis, Network Administrator, West Coast:

Bill is a veteran of many TribesCons, and has kept the network and
power working for many West Coast LAN parties. As computers have gotten more
and more power-hungry, Roadkill has found more creative ways to keep those
hungry power supplies well-fed and the network free of collisions.
